At our establishment
you will not find a fancy menu, actually we don't have any,
we serve a variety of dishes for all our customers in a specific
order.
The procedure lets say is simple and we must say easy to follow.
After you enter our premises we take it for granted that you
honor our business, and our procedures. An associate will
welcome you, and will lead to your table; here we must say
that reservations
are strongly advised. We will ask what would you like to drink
with your meze and a catalogue of the various drinks will
be introduced to choose from. Meanwhile the kitchen starts
preparing the food, we will start with salad and cold appetizers
(village salad, green salad, tahini, yogurt, green olives,
garlic potato salad, beetroot salad). In about five minutes
the hot entries will start arriving at your table and here
we go…. Fried zucchini, halloumi cheese, Cyprus sausage, veal's
liver and pork marinated in wine and coliandre.
Most of the above are cooked in real charcoal grill, the shows
continue with mushrooms cooked in the pot with wine onions
and coliander seeds, pourgouri, snails. We give you some time
to catch up and the real stuff is ready, that is souvlaki
(pork and chicken kebab), shieftalia. Finally we will serve
you tomatoes with eggs and ravioli. At a point we will see
if you finish your humble dinner and if you do so we will
clean the table and continue with fresh fruit and desert.
Coffee or tea is server to those ask for it. All the above
cost CYP 7.00 you pay extra for your drinks.
